Ok, people, I realize that since I am in HR and send out a fair number of emails, you don't always read them. But when I send out emails on things that affect you, like your health insurance benefits, READ THEM FOR FUCK'S SAKE!<br><br>
Don't email me with some "suggestions" on how to make the program better, when you clearly haven't read the emails I sent, or you would know the thing that you are bitching about is not even remotely how it works.<br><br>
Also, don't come whining to me in October when you waited too long to do the things required to get your deductible waived. Don't act like this is the first time you've heard of this. READ YOUR EMAILS.<br><br>

Well I don't care if people don't read my emails, but if they come whining to me and say this is the first they heard about it, when we have sent emails, posted news articles on our intranet and hung posters in every building, my freakin' head wants to explode. Take some responsibility people!

When people do that to me, I forward the email I sent initially so they can see that I know they didn't read it. With a comment to the effect that perhaps they missed this the first time through...
