As y'all know, I've been oh so miserable in my job!

I've been on the hunt for a new job since July and in September started concentrating my efforts on the East Coast. While I did have three promising interviews with Harvard and five other interviews with companies in the Boston area, I've notified all those folks that I've interviewed with that I am officially off the market. I told 'em to shut 'er down (as it pertains to where I was in the interview process), 'cuz ol' Novie-ovia got a new job!!!

Today I signed an offer letter to begin work at an accounting firm in Plano on the Monday after Thanksgiving! More $$ more responsibility and did I happen to mention that the firm charters an airplane and takes all 175 employees to Colorado for a four day ski-trip every year...HOW. COULD. I. SAY. NO???

But there's one drawback, all the feelers I've put out for housing and the like and all my hopes of relocating back to the East Coast have been dashed...DASHED I TELLS YA!!!

So for those of you who offered me a place to stay and help on finding a job and the like (you know who you are) thanks but the bid to move to the East Coast has been shut down...turns out the Texas is much quicker on the draw than the East Coast when it comes to hiring talented choco-nuts such as myself.

but never you fear, I'll see you in May for RTB and hopefully in Sep for RTB part deux
