What are some good supporting dishes I could make to complement Luckylily's crockpot ribs that Bux and Voo have made? I'd like to try and keep it lighter, i.e. not too much comfort food, but I need to make sure there's something that a 3 yr old would enjoy as well (read pasta or bread of some kind)

Whatcha think?

I like asian coleslaw and we all love it, but.....

1 pkg broccoli slaw
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 tsp. fresh ginger
Ken's lowfat sesame Ginger Salad dressing
roasted peanuts (a handful, optional)

Mix it all together and toss. Use however much salad dressing you want depending on your taste preference with dressing. Top with the peanuts. YUMMY! Even better the second day
