<p>Yes, summer's gone. I went for a 4 miler this morning, first run since Sat. It felt great to be out just before the rain came. Nice and easy, 8:48 avg pace. All's well.</p>

<p>I took the sunshine with me when I left Tennessee.  It escaped on the way home.  50s and raining all day here so I did a treadmill run.</p>
<p>3 miles warmup, 8.05 miles in 60:00 for 11.05 total. </p>

Rainy and 50 in Portland. Spent all day sight seeing by trolley and ferry<br>
Fly home to Tx in morning. Can't wait to start running again next Monday.

<p>Too busy to run..... too busy to post much.</p>
<p>Hope to get a few miles in tomorrow when we start our Thursday noon running club, but it's supposed to be raining cats and dogs, so it's doubtful I'll get past the TM.</p>
<p>Am getting away early for the weekend with the Blister Sisters on a hiking trip, and will be out of touch.</p>
