Hey, all! It's been forever since I have participated in any running forums... I'm here because I've got this annoying numbness in my left foot. I feel it mostly when I put pressure on it, or lift off of that pressure. So...stepping makes it stand out, basically. My hamstring in that leg is also really tight. Could the numbness be related to the tightness? Background: I've been doing a lot of resistance training and interval running. I just ran a 15k at 8:51/mi...been running 15 years or so? I'm 37, female...I consider myself fit. Thoughts??
