Frikkin Frakken PF in my right foot.<br><br>
After 33 pain free miles on the TM last week I thought I was ready for a few outside yesterday. After 4.5 I was a hurtin' puppy. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><img alt="mad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/mad.gif">

Shoulders, chest and tris<br><br>
lifted weights for the first time last night.<br><br>
They're more sore than actually hurt. Should I whine on random thoughts thread instead?

My eyes have been really dry lately. That's pretty annoying, but not hurty - 'cept when I have to peel my contacts out of my eyes.<br><br>
Oh, and my hip flexors a little sore from racing Saturday. Otherwise, I'm good.

My wrist, still. I've been in a splint for 4 weeks. (The most common jokes have been that I work at Wal-Mart, or that I'm a pro bowler <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">)Went to the doc again yesterday and I'm getting scheduled for an MRI. What am I going to do about golf season? <img alt="sad2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad2.gif">

Left foot, second toe. Went for a MRI yesterday. Although the x-ray tech couldn't give me a diagnosis, she did tell me that there was quite a bit of fluid (no, really?!?!). I asked her specifically about a stress fracture, and she said she wouldn't be suprised if the radiologist found one. Of course, my doctor and I already knew that, since the x-rays on Thursday were suspicious. Three weeks from my 'thon. What timing...........

Arm. Still.<br><br>
But it's my own fault. I should have thought a little more before I decided to drag out the carpet cleaner and clean carpets yesterday. Duh!
