<p>Tired legs overall just from running</p>
<p>Left Glute from old nerve injury- getting ART today.</p>
<p>Right shoulder from climbing on Wednesday- but I did my first 5.10, <em>and</em> it was an overhang!</p>

<p>I had a tough trail/mtn 50k last Saturday, and my quads are still sore.</p>

<p>PF from wearing flip flops.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Left calf still bothering me a full month after I injured it.  Got to the race venue and managed to drag the bottom corner of the door across my calf as I closed the door.  MASSIVE bruising and swelling.  Still raced on it though...</p>

<p>some fluid on the left knee, but no pain. Swelling has actually gone down...feels pretty good today.</p>
<p>Tight left hamstring.</p>

<p>Went to new chrio today for adjustment and PT. I feel pretty good now. New guy was nice, and easy on the eyes. :)</p>

<p>Oh, and hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!</p>

<p>- left foot PF & arthritis</p>
<p>- right ankle (severe sprain a few years ago that I torqued 2x in the last week)</p>
<p>- left hip: not sure what the deal is, but it aches. </p>
<p>- chest from lifting yesterday</p>

<p>Forgive me if I'm telling you something you already know, but I found going the "foot fist way" has helped me with PF.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I try to make a fist with my foot (15 or 20 times) every morning before I get out of bed.</p>
