I think it might be time to change my avatar... I'm just sayin'... even us diehards can take only so much

I agree.. I never went "Yankee Lite " as youso aptly put it. Theo E canmove on. I suspect he is the reason for the current sproled frat boy attitude in the clubhouse. WIsh Terry Francona had stuck it out. I still think he is good - when he is in charge and not handcuffed. It was such an odd season - he left bad ptiching in so many times that there had to be something more to it all. This was the first year without Pitching Coach Jim Farrel- who I never really liked.. yet maybe it was he who was the glue and the command with the pitchers.

Well if for anything else, next season will be interesting - This one wa sbeyond painful! ( I had more fun watchng the Sox in the 70's when they lost ALL the time than this year!)

If Red Sox and their fans would go back to being Red Sox and not Yankees-Lite the world would be a far better place.

Tech Tee- I have had to tell the war stories ( When I was kid... the Sox hardly ever won... etc ) to my kids since they have now grown up with the "new" Sox. My father called them "the Bums" more than he called them the Red Sox! But he still lietened or watched every game. It's fun to be fan .
