Well since it is valentines day... I wont be hitting the bar tonight for burgers and beer with friends.<br><br>
However will have Steaks & Crab on the Grill plus a nice bottle of Cab and maybe even a single malt or two!<img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><br><br>
hoping to get in 10-20 miles today... however legs are telling me to not even try! not sure if they arent just folowing my over all attitude of this winter. Chris what 50K are you running again? good luck with the rest of your taper. I hope everyone enjoys there made up halmark holiday and there workouts today

6 miles for me this morning, then promply to the florist to pick up some flowers for my wife.<br><br>
Trying to keep my weekly mileage at 30 per week. So far so good with 63 miles total so far this month.<br><br>

Good morning everyone. I had a great run this morning! I walked 1/2 mile, ran 3.2 miles, and then walked another 1/2 mile. I felt wonderful with easy breathing and good energy, and I probably could have continued further if I had more time. Plus, I didn't want to push it too hard and risk another injury (last one was a calf tear on 9/29).<br><br>

Didn't get to post last night, but I had a fantastic 4 miles. Was feeling so good out the door changed my route from my usual 3 miles to the 4 miles. It was perfect. I may do another 4 today if I'm feeling the same after work.<br>
Then its off to see my sweetie for V-day festivities!<br><br>

Ugh, been a tough week. I've only one run of 8 miles to my credit so far.<br><br>
Tonight I'm gonna rack up some mileage on the TM next to Mrs. Pete while she does a bit of walking.

15.5 miles.... this run sucked.... all of my runs this week have sucked.. I am thinkng abou taking the rest of the week off... except for some walking

My thoughts...<br><br>
Working long days and have not been in the mood.<br><br>
My intake of food and cocktails have been higher...not sure?<br><br>

Just checked out that website... Very nice slide show... I am jealous!!! but it is really a 51K

Hit the gym for weights before work, and did three miles at lunch -- roads and sidewalks weren't in the best shape.
