<p>the front moved thru here around 7pm, and brought terrible winds/hail/(much needed) rain</p>

<p>LOADS of tree damage and power outages</p>

<p>we haven't walked around to get detailed looks, but I know that we'll be cleaning up a mess....thankfully, no trees down in our yard (farm property damage could get ugly, with loads of old oaks 'n' pines)</p>

<p>we were without power for at least 6 hours; but some 3,000+ folks in Madison are still without power</p>
<p> </p>

<p>eta: at 1:15am, when the power came back on, DH got up and went around turning off the tv/computer/lights, etc etc that were all on when the power went out at 7pm. HA!</p>

Wow, it's amazing that our weather can be so different an hour and half away. At 7 last night I was swimming in a lake and drinking in a beer garden a few hours later.

<p>Good morning. Hot again here, almost 100 in the forecast. Got the kiddie pool yesterday, all Zoe wants to do is go in it, but we need to go for a run first before it gets too hot!!</p>

training is going i am running the Bethel Midnight Boogie this weekend, 50 miles of heat, roads and big hills. Of course i am still in! are you on FB?</p>
