Morning all!

Have fun relaxin' tonight Maureen!

This night was THE BEST shift I've ever had. Two sweet quiet easy little boys to take care of and lst level 2 admit- guess what? No admit! I finished all my yearly CAI's- those annoying yearly computer test we have to take- was asked by my parents tonight to sign up for their baby and be his night primary. Timing was perfect, my last primary was discharged today, this one is an LSU fan in the making too, so I said okay! It was a bittersweet moment walking in and seeing my primary that left today gone. His little bay was empty and cleaned. I had to blink a couple of times to keep it together. The day nurse saw me just looking at it when I walked in and told me mom said you'd be sad. I knew he was going home and I'm glad he is there, but I will miss him a ton! He's been my baby the last few weeks. Mom even joked the other night when she was talking to him and he was looking at me that I wasn't his mommy! We both smiled at that moment. I'm just glad I know his family is amazing, he's going to be well taken care of and very loved. When the day nurse asked me if I'd been spoiling him cause I was rocking him when he came in, I said of course!!

When I walked over to fill out some paperwork for my new primary one of my co-workers said you need to check the breakroom there's something in there for you. I was surprised to see this sweet thank-you card from my first primary's parents (My Griff) and an angel of healing figurine. Wow, I just wasn't expecting that, it was very sweet of them.

Planning to go see DD2's little Easter parade at her pre-school this morning, should be cute.

Dinner tonight with a group of co-workers, can't wait to see them while they're drinkin' This will be the first time I've hung out with them outside of work other than charity stuff.

Hope everyone has a good day!
