Didn't do the p90x last night as I could feel the injury a bit.

Cold today for us. 28 mph North winds this morning but should taper off to around 12 mph tonight. I'll either go for a walk tonight while the group runs or go to the gym and ride the elliptical express and watch tv.

Julie leaves Sat morning for Houston. She has to work in the pacer's booth for a couple hours and then pace the 4:45 group Sunday morning. Looks promising for the weather for the trials and the open marathon. 44 degrees early and slight winds. High only in low 60's. Should be extremely competitive trials race. Probably more than 30 from CC going to run the full or half this weekend. The marathon is in it's 40th year. We have one guy who has run it more times than anyone except for one other guy. And we have another who is in the top 5 number of times to run it.

DD car is finally finished from the body shop, fueled, washed, and ready to go. She will come this afternoon only long enough to swap cars and then head back home.

Check on you kickstars later.

((Liam)) hope you get some electricity soon.

Hmmmmm, quiet day today.

Hi KS! Hope Julie had a good time this weekend.

Hi TW!

We got a bit of snow at home today, but only rain at work.

Should be about an inch by Saturday.

This is NOT the January I was looking forward to!

I'm blaming a friend of mine for the weather. Last season, as a trail newbie this person waited until he figured he could keep up with me to come and check out my favourite trail. It snowed heavily in November before we got the chance to run it together. This season, he wants us to come nordic skiing with him. Therefore, no snow. Hmmph!

Got in 4 easy miles after work.... 5°C and heavy drizzle... ick!

Hi KS, TW and Heme

Snow started about 7 pm when I was driving and it was near white out conditions for a few minutes but

suddenly went away. Dropping temps and cold winds coming in.

I knew I needed a day off so I took one today and even slept in a couple extra hours.

Probably go long and easy on a run tomorrow.

I was hoping to go watch the trials in Houston but it didn't work out so now I may go

to florida and find a race to run. I've only run outside once in the last 6 weeks so a little warm weather

would be nice.
