<p>6 mile run today with: 2 warm up, 3 tempo, 1 cool down.</p>

<p>Total time came out to 45:25 and splits/HR were:</p>
<p>8:12 - 145<br>
8:06 - 141<br>
7:02 - 156<br>
7:05 - 162<br>
7:00 - 164<br>
7:57 - 158</p>
