<p>6.1 slow, recovery miles then a 1/2 mile walk to get home because the legs didn't want to run any more.  Plus 5 point weekly posting bonus.</p>

<p>Summer is struggling to hold on, but Autumn's arrival is inevitable. Warm & humid this morning, with more to come [thanks, Earl, <em>NOT</em>!!!] ... but it is seriously dark on the Pre-Dawn Patrol now, and although I can't SEE the leaves changing color [again, more to drought than anything else] I KNOW that they are falling ... soon I'll have my little audience of Public School kids standing at the corner waiting for the bus as I kick it in at that last 1/4-mile</p>

<p>I claimed my consistency bonus on wednesday because I thought Thurs would be a nothing day for me, but I did 20 min of stretching while watching football last night, so got in a total of 9 pts (4 for stretching+the stretch bonus) last night (Thursday night)</p>
