<p>This may become an USRD since I'd normally do a 5 mile recovery run on th TM at work... gym at work is closed. Anyway, since a construction crew started working at 6am I'm up. Track last night was a bit weird. We did 8*800 (well some did 6*800) finishing in the dark as there are no lights at the track. Splits were: </p>

<p>Seem like we were taking a little to easy early on... did the last one hard, which was probably not a good idea.</p>
