<p>12 hill/speed run early this very humid morning in total time of 1:32:</p>
<p>o WU - 27:01 min (including one pass of Hill + one charge of mile long gradual hill)</p>
<p>o 5 x Hill (2:09, 2:13, 2:07, 2:10, 2:08)</p>
<p>o 19:28 min tempo (including one charge of mile long gradual hill)</p>
<p>o 4 x Hill (2:17, 2:15, 2:19, 2:13)</p>
<p>o 5:09 min hammer home</p>

<p>Died on last hill repeats due to stoopid hoomidity.</p>
