Running something recovery after work.

I did 7.25 last night. It wasn't that great. My stomach was touchy, my ankle/foot hurt causing my calf to cramp. blah. It was beautiful out though!

Good morning everyone. I ran for 2 this morning at the park. The wind was cool and woke me up for sure! It looked like rain the entire time but I escaped unscathed. I am still grumpy about my snails pace. But I am thankful that I am feeling good at the end of the runs. I'll just have to push myself a little harder I suppose.

I slept in this morning in an attempt to recover from yesterday. Was a little sore this morning. I am hoping to log 6-7 tonight, but likely it will have to be on the TM, depending on DH's schedule.

+1 to you both. Nice work.

Cold and breezy here today, but no rain at the moment. My run was cut short last night by a sudden down pour. I'm hoping to escape the office right after my last meeting to bust out 11 - 13 miles today. We'll see how it goes.

Like Fidat, I swam today, too. I was pressed for time between work and a hair appt, and I was fighting with new goggles -- so I only did 1200 yds. Did some speedier laps, so I made it a quality swim even though it was short.

Nothing like making my back BARK first thing in the morning. (it doesn't like loading the kiln.)

And I had to haul around some big boxes of cement fiberboard (or whatever that siding stuff is called) at work because all the guys were busy.

Hey Marier, when you sit on your ball at work, do you do that for an hour at a time? All day? What? Do you have to build up time spent on it?

My chair at work SUCKS and there aren't any for me to swap with, and I have one of those balls, and I want to try it.

Evening peeps! Got my 2nd run in just now, another 4 miles but this time on the TM. Couldn't bear the thought of going back outside in the dark and rain and wind.
Rarely do I sit on the ball all day, usually a half a day. And when I first started it was an hour or so at a time. It's way fun to bounce on it while doing work I'd highly recommend it!
