I can't even imagine what that is going to be?????????? I'm scared to ask what you consider a "big workout"

My legs are a little fatigued today, I'm already at 50 miles for this week. Of course moving the long run to Monday added about 10 to that. I'm scheduled for 13 this morning, so I'll get moving in a little while. It's pretty nice out so it should be a great run.

The A1A half is on Sunday and the weather is going to be terrible! Accuweather shows a high of 83 and sunny--crap! I'm going to have to come up with plan "B" for this race, it's not going to be pretty or fast.

Have great runs today!!

I put in 10 on the Mill last night. Since Monday starts my week... and Monday is usually a rest day... I'm only at 18 for the week.

Jen - a half after already running over 50 for the week! You are going to blow everyone at Boston away!

So, I was just looking at the Women's Marathon Olympic Trial lineup .. we've got 175 women competing for 3 spots. Should be an interesting race! April is already a busy month for me but I may talk to DH about going up to Boston, even if just for the day.

I am scheduled for 2 miles that I won't be getting in this morning. I am toying with the idea of running home to get those in, so once I get in, I stay in!

Given that they cut the men's standard from 2:22 to 2:19 to cut the field closer to 60 for 2012 that 2:47 (women's B standard) is probably going to get chopped. I wonder how much lower that will go after this race.

Should be a good one though.

I wrote it kind of later yesterday evening and some of you might have been gone by then so I am re-posting the link. Thanks!

http://kickrunners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21909
