Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Me...

4 mile run on this drizzly morning. Body tired. Maybe it was because I pushed Thirsty Thursday up a night.

Had the late afternoon free yesterday due to refinancing my mortgage (10 yr. @ an unbelievable 3.0%!) earlier in the day.

Great day, friends!

Thor: Awesome rate! May need to look into this although with B out of work not very likely.

9 mile run this a.m. with R. It was awesome! 9 miles is a great distance we decided. I even broke away and ran a 9:38 for the 9th mile. Course I arrived at the office just in time for a fire drill and had to walk down 13 flights of stairs. Now to get my bike mojo back. I have 5ish weeks left.

Got IMAZ #s yesterday. I am 590. I am feeling that there is good karma with that # for no other reason than I just feel it.

Have a great day everyone! Tomorrow is friday!

Thor - wow, that is a great rate and a 10 year mortgage is nice if the payment schedule works for you.

MQ - nice job on the run and good luck at IMAZ!

I checked on my NYC number - 1277, wave 1 corral 1. Just shooting for sub 3 though as I ramp my training back up.

Another cadence run today. 10 min WU, 2 x 3 min @ MP (~6:52), 5 x 10 min @ MP trying to keep cadence at 90 or higher w/90 sec recovery, CD. 11.9 mi in 1.5 hours. Cadence at MP naturally goes to about 91 or 92, so I did that part without even focusing on it!

Have a great day everyone!

Think you mentioned it before, so sorry for asking again, but how are you measuring cadence? Think you have a device of sorts.

I have the footpod for my Garmin. Working up north and doing so much of my running on the TM I didn't have data to share with my coach or to track on WKO+. The footpod allows me to do that, to an extent. I'm still not sure how accurate the distance/pace measurement is.

I'm a bit of a data junkie. I'm looking at getting the new Garmin, which works in pool and counts laps and strokes, so I can measure how much I truly suck in the swim.

Thor - that is a GREAT rate! Congrats.
MQ - I'm in the same boat as you are. Love to refi ( shortening the period even with bit increase in the monthly paymeny) but DH being out of work, not sure if it's right move....

Probably no workout today. First time to accompany DD for her work as an extra to the production set. Been here for only for a few hours but lots of back and forth bw the set and study room. Haven't spotted anybody famous yet
