<p>Looks like I'm gonna get a TM 5er in.  Why TM?  Because its like 45* w/ 20 mph winds outside and I packed a short sleeve shirt and shorts... no gloves either.  Yea, I'm wussin out.</p>

<p>Fishbowl morning.  Uh, yah... right shoulder is still pretty painful.  Super, super easy 500 pull buoy/500 kick/500 pull buoy.  It did loosen up a bit but by the time I got back to the locker room it was hurting again.  Did have an interesting encounter in the fishbowl.  The woman the next lane over acted like she knew me.  Uh, uh, uh... drawing a blank here...  turns out she recognized my swim cap as she's done HFP races.  Then she introduced herself.  Ah!!!  So you are *** ***.  She has had the biggest bulls eye on her back the past couple seasons!  Yep.  We were in the same AG, racing the same races.  </p>

<p>Had one of those strange dreams where you remember every bizarre detail clearly.  At some point during the dream I told someone I was heading out for an 11 miler, so I figured if it was good enough for dream me, it's good enough for awake me.  A bit windy, but felt great by the end and was easily cruising probably 7:45 pace or better.</p>
<p>I just hope I don't dream about running a 20+ miler tonight because I'm not sure if I'll have that in me in the morning.</p>

<p>Busy at work today with a deadline push which was interrupted by an all-hands meeting/dog & pony show. I have XT planned, most likely biking. I packed to just spin indoors at the gym rather than face a chilly outdoor ride this evening but due to the workload here Plan B may win out. Oh joy...</p>

<p>BBS - that temp's not terrible but the winds would push me indoors too.</p>

<p>Got in my last run around 3pm.  4.35 Garmin miles around the neighborhood.  Felt good.  Now to pack, again.  Trying to travel as light as possible.</p>

<p><strong>Hawk</strong> - flying United (w/ airmiles) to LaGaurdia.  Upgraded to 1st on the way back but it wasn't available going out.  Probably get a cab to midtown as the shuttle seems to take 1.5 hrs... well, it is only $10 or so.  Meeting up with folks from the RW forums on Saturday and post race.  Re music:  I got plenty of tunes on my phone but mostly audiobooks on my nano.  Jay-Z is not in my playlist.</p>
