<p>I just returned from two+ hours...alone...weeding* and digging hills of red taters.</p>
<p>10 hills, to be exact.</p>
<p> </p>

<p>I did not sleep AT all last night.  insomnia has been kicking my ass big time...last summer my doc suggested melatonin or some prescription sleep aids.  I tried ambien and rozerum last summer to no avail.  the ambien knocked me out, but I didn't sleep.  the rozerum gave me WICKED dreams.  I have no idea what was happening in them, just that they were so vivid!</p>

<p>so this time around, I tried some melatonin.  that was a bad combo of the ambien and rozerum--I was knocked out but didn't sleep AND had strange dreams! </p>
<p> </p>
<p>I did manage to get a brick workout doen at the gym even though I'm exhausted....that's good, right?</p>
