My body is starting to object, but not too loudly -<br><br>
16 miles on TM - Nice slow fat burning speed<br><br>

Taught pilates and yoga classes this morning, that felt good.<br><br>
This afternoon I swam 1000 m, mostly freestyle and some kick.<br><br>
Swimming makes me ravenous in a way running never does! Not even long runs. It's so weird.<br><br>
meri, I felt like that during taper too.<br><br>
Everyone, run a mile or two for me, k?
