nothing much for me today - made a command decision to not try to jam in a trainer ride and weights and give my body (and brain) a rest. Early morning dog walk, Elbow PT and bowling tonight...so not a total down day. :)

Yo - bummer about being tired, but sometimes your body just tells you to let go and get the rest. Hope you are feeling better!

yeah, big storm in parts. not necessarily at my house, we got about 6 inches, but some parts of ski country did get 24+ inches. Many places opened late yesterday as personnel couldn't get there and they had to clear out the chairs to run the lifts. Mt snow got 3 lifts running, with others on wind hold for the day. Magic Mtn lost power at lunch time and had to close. But thinking this weekend will still be good which is when we are headed back up there.

Thanks Zoj. Good skiing weeks still ahead of you, sounds like.

DH has been kinda sick for the last 4 days, so I am not surprised I may be coming down with something. Still feeling tired and headachy.
2 mile walk during the lunch. And 1hr on spinning easy on trainer (as rain is coming) with 10 min stretches.

Well - you can see by my lack of posting that my return to form was short lived! Still have a bit of a sinus thing going on, but between the storm, crazy long-meeting workdays that are just draining, a slightly pulled hamstring (a getting old thing when you say "whoops - shouldn't have stood up") - I've been managing to totally delay my re-entry into the world of exercise. So - besides the one day of wrasslin' with the snowblower (about 10 heavy inches for us, but as Zoj noted - definitely more impactful in places. Over 3' in the south-western part of NH - which is a pretty decent sized storm for here) - about all I've been doing is walking the dog a couple of miles a day. Hopefully back on here regularly soon!
