Oh I did yesterday...got nearly 100s on most of them. I hate it when slacking off stil works because then I'll never change my ways.
The fact that you acknowledge this truth shows that you possess some wisdom. Unfortunately, I didn't learn that lesson until I was a junior in college and that's when the hammer dropped. (Of course, my poor study habits were still sufficient to get me through law school somehow.)

Anyway, ten "easy pace" miles for me this morning (easy pace does not mean that the run was easy). It was hot (78°F), it was windy (25 mph out of the SSE) and I was tired. Made for a rather difficult run.
at noon, 4 miles on the TM....because I also hate 30+mph winds along WITH the heat.

an hour of pushing a lawn mower around our yard...holy slogginess, batman!

Much like SGH and WTPJ I despise the heat. Fortunately, it hasn't been a problem this week (though I hear tomorrow could be warm).

Nice workouts folks! And Alex, when it comes to slacking, just remember this:

I took it rather easy tonight. The legs felt good, but I am just a little tired as it has been a busy week.

Other than that, I felt okay.
Run Segments
6 miles along the marina and into Seal Beach and then back. Started and ended with the club but ran by myself most of the way. Very cool and perfect evening, and I saw new kinds of seagulls I've never seen before.
