Oh I did yesterday...got nearly 100s on most of them. I hate it when slacking off stil works because then I'll never change my ways. <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">

The fact that you acknowledge this truth shows that you possess some wisdom. Unfortunately, I didn't learn that lesson until I was a junior in college and that's when the hammer dropped. (Of course, my poor study habits were still sufficient to get me through law school somehow.)<br><br>
Anyway, ten "easy pace" miles for me this morning (easy pace does not mean that the run was easy). It was hot (78°F), it was windy (25 mph out of the SSE) and I was tired. Made for a rather difficult run.

1.15 mile warm-up at a 9:20 pace-ish, then we did intervals for about 20 minutes. I'm sore today. But glad we did them.

I didn't get out to run until almost 11 when it was into the 80s, so I kept my 5 miles slow and easy today. I am a total wimp about heat!<br><br>
Teaching pilates later this afternoon.

Another decent day for me. 3.1 miles in 29:50, a fairly brisk pace for me. Then 10 miles on the bike in 34:40. Left hamstring is just a teensy bit tight.

4 easy @ lunch. Was supposed to be an "off" day but it was to nice not to be outside.

First run tonight since mum passed away - Just an easy 1.5 miles at a tad over 9 minute pace, on a beautiful evening... Ease back into it slowly

I.hate.the.heat.<br><br>
at noon, 4 miles on the TM....because I also hate 30+mph winds along WITH the heat.<br><br>
then<br><br>
an hour of pushing a lawn mower around our yard...holy slogginess, batman!<br><br>

Much like SGH and WTPJ I despise the heat. Fortunately, it hasn't been a problem this week (though I hear tomorrow could be warm).<br><br>
