10.05 miles on this lovely morning in 1:27:20. It was so nice running in sub-60*F temps (even if the humidity was 75%) AHHH.
No milk in the fridge this morning, so hopped on the bike to get coffee (1 mile each way.) So nice out this morning that I turned it into a 7 mile ride!

Going to try some road running tonight.
Fabulous 90 minute run through Valley Forge National Park. I took a little detour from my regular paved trail to check out the progress on Washington's HQ which they are redoing the whole area. They took away the water fountain there though My run was really nice, upper 50's. It was all good despite accidentally pepper spraying myself prior to beginning the run
10 miles this morning. Still feeling fatigued-low energy, but my legs feel good again.

Pilates class and, if I get time, a quick bike ride this afternoon.
5 miles. Saw a half dozen coyotes just before entering the trail head this AM. I'm either really stupid or really brave because instead of scrapping my run, I didn't let them scare me off. I did run a bit faster than normal, though.

Really though, they were definitely more afraid of me than I of them. But now I know that they are out there (which I already knew because I can hear them howling at night) and to keep my eyes and ears open (which I do anyway).
Icing the hammy today. Will probably swim after work, followed by pushups and situps.
SGH - Today I kinda bailed on my first run too. I went out and felt great, couldn't feel the calves at all, then I felt sharp pains above my left knee and turned around 2 miles ahead of schedule. 2.4 mile run instead of the 6 I was hoping for. When am I gonna get better??...I'm hoping it's just the antibiotics that I'm on and in a week or 2 I'll be fully training again...
Arrojo, I hope your hammy gets better. I missed if you posted what happened.

I'm hoping to run a reasonable amount this evening, depending on how the quad feels. I will most likely run slowly. I didn't bring my ice for the ride home! Dang.
It was in yesterday's run report.

Sorry about your quad! We can ice together.
5.53 miles in 42:30. Pretty even splits (for me)...

7:40, 7:35, 7:50, 7:30, 7:40, (4:14). I'm not sure what I'd call it. Maybe MP pace on a good day.
