<p>Hey everyone. I tried a little running today, just to see how the hamstring would feel. Ran 2.35 miles to the bagel store, bought a six whole wheat, six cinnamon-raisin, one sesame (they were out of pumpernickel, rats!), then walked home. Stopped at the bank on the way back too. As usual, the walking hurt my pelvis/sacrum more than the running did. I really wish I knew what it is about walking that bothers me more than any other activity, even when I don't run at all. I did notice that I'd had no such pain the past three days that I've only been riding the stationary bike. hmmm...</p>

<p>Hopefully the learning curve in this place will be short, and we won't feel like features have been taken away with this switch. Me, I'm just happy to have a run to post.</p>
