Good morning folks. 6 miler from the Y this morning. Did our standard loop followed by some additional hills. Cooler but still some what humid. Hope to get to the pool at lunch. Have a great day.

Rog: Ran trails this morning with a riding buddy of yours. His name is Mark.

5 mile trail run early this morning. Was on the short side. Wish we went a little longer for the time I needed to get up to seem to make it worth it. But was fun and on more non-technical trails.

Planning on doubling up after work with a 8 to 10 (likely) mile trail run perhaps with my TransRockies teammate.

Last work 5 miler with work-out buddy ... easy 8:35 pace with good conversation/reflection. Tomorrow it's off to Pocos for margaritas and the final farewell.

Sorry about the job situation, Reg. That's just no fun at all.

Easy 4 mile run this morning for me. Legs felt pretty good for having ripped off a wicked 6 mile tempo run last night. Debating whether to do a trainer workout or a time trial this evening. I suspect my legs are more tired than I think, but on the other hand you never know until you try, right? We'll see what develops.

Kind of a brick today. I went out for a short ride on my local hilly roads and during the ride I decided to run afterward. When I got home I went inside and changed from my cycling to running clothes, let my Garmin acquire a signal, then ran. So the transition wasn't very speedy or well planned and probably took 3-4 minutes. I had to fix a flat on my front tire before the ride and probably nudged the sensor out of position so my bike computer wasn't working - so I just estimated time and distance. It's a ride I've done many times so the distance is pretty close, but the time could be off a couple minutes. No big deal.

Rode ~35 miles after work. Weather was *awesome*! Left work angry (idiots!), but the ride helped cure that. Ahhhhh.

Had a ROUGH 4.8ish mile run. It was one of those days where I wasn't really feeling it, but it was so nice outside, I had to get out. I just had no legs and felt like my HR was way lower than my work effort. I muddled through it and just slowed down when I had to.

Hydrated well and decided to try my hand outside in the heat and humidity, waited until after G went to bed and headed out for neighborhood loops. Felt good halfway through the 2nd loop so I kept going. 3 loops = 5 miles @ 11:18 pace. Still felt good!
