4.4 miles with the middle 2 at 9:30 pace, which pushed my HR up to the threshold range. I'm a bit surprised because I have such a good base right now, and I know my threshold was closer to 8:30 about a year ago. Anyway, it is what it is. I'm sure it will improve as I continue to run faster once or twice a week.<br><br>
