4.4 miles with the middle 2 at 9:30 pace, which pushed my HR up to the threshold range. I'm a bit surprised because I have such a good base right now, and I know my threshold was closer to 8:30 about a year ago. Anyway, it is what it is. I'm sure it will improve as I continue to run faster once or twice a week.<br><br>
Time to go to town now. Looking for anther hemp shirt!

Today I started with 10 min on the treadmill. Then moved to the bike for 30 min and then back to the mill for another 10 min of walking.<br><br>
Last time I walked 30 min on the mill, it made my foot hurt a bit so decided to do smaller amounts of time and break it up a bit and work up to it. But it feels good to be doing something again.<br><br>
Amazingly, I can even tell I am regaining a bit of fitness already.<br><br>

Four days so far this year....four doubles! Another 3.4 miles easy, after supper tonight. I may be driving to Quesnel tomorrow, so likely only one run. I will bring my gear and will try to get a second one in if possible.

Four days this year...and I have run on 2 of them. That seems about right...maybe 4 out of 7 will be my goal.
