Geo - interesting that you come across on Zwift some old kickrunners friends/who know them.... Kinda nice 
Zoj - sorry to hear about the way your company is trying to cut the costs... but wait, by reducing OPT do they really save $? Yeah we have a hiring freeze and international travel restrictions.... haha, you got me, swimming for a full hour first time coming back to it.... I am thinking to re-start a PT viist this time the guy DH has been going many times in the past, successfully.
2mile walk and 6milr run, another cold/misty rain day. But in high 30's I can take it.
