I got nothing but sore legs from standing in character shoes for hours.

Good morning!
I think I am going to give a spin class a whirl today. My legs are still a bit tired from yesterday. I wound up running after my yoga class. Wasn't the best idea for me. I felt like I had cement legs.
Have a great day!

Howdy, folks. I hope everybody gets the rest they need. I too have some sore legs today. Yesterday was my 5th day in a row with a run, and it's the first time I ever did that. I did 8.5 miles yesterday, but I kept them slow, so I think I'm okay. Today is a much-needed day off...

Ab work completed. I am going to try for a 2 miler today. I know I can do it but have had 3 bad/crappy runs in a row. Maybe the day off yesterday and a shorter distance will help me get my mojo back.

Morning Gang -

Solar - nice workout yesterday - glad you found a track near you!

Bob - 5 days in a row would tire me out. Enjoy your rest day!

Tom and Solar - what's this weekend? Are you racing?

Voo - how is the leg feeling?

Set my alarm for 11:55 last night to try to be one of the 600 that get guaranteed entry to TC 10 Mile in October. I made it! Glad I have that to fall back on if I decide the marathon won't work for me this year. But then I couldn't get back to sleep til after 3:00 because I started thinking about life/work issues. So I am tired and crabby this a.m. Any other MN Peeps get in? Hawki?

4 easy miles planned on my lunch hour.

Good runs to all!!

morning
I did the gym work out last night and then had some issues getting to sleep again. This time it wasn't the shins, just stress and DH wasn't in bed yet and that always keeps me up.

I am doing a yoga class tonight and maybe swimming or water running.

Congrats RFTL!

RFTL - Solar and I are racing this Saturday. First race of the year for me. All other Philly area peeps are ostensibly busy. LL is fighting fires, Beaker is apparently still pregnant (you could totally take home the 9 month category - just sayin), and I believe Theia is off to Detroit to consult with Rip Hamilton on decorative face-wear.

Heather - whoa nelly. not that fast.

Morning. Nothing too exciting yesterday. Easy 4/7 double and a hard workout. Someday I will get used to the workout. My legs are a bit tight this morning. Blah.

RTFL - That website sucked last night. I didn't get the registration form till around 1230 (I'm soooo tired), but I managed to grab a spot in the 10 miler. Your race this weekend is going to be sloppy, lots of water on the roads around the lakes.
