Workout called for 40 minutes easy, 20 minutes tempo, 2 easy miles...was about 15 seconds per mile slow on the tempo portion but some of that may be due to the humidity. Tough workout but it's going to help me plan a realistic goal pace for the HM next weekend.</p>
