<p>I was supposed to donate blood today so I didn't run this morning. I've found that when I run before I try to donate, it doesn't work. But then the two people I was supposed to go with backed out (one wasn't feeling well and the other got stuck in a meeting). And so, no run and no donation. I may run later, I guess. </p>
