Good Mooooorning.<br><br>
It's still snowing. I've had about enough of plodding through the snow. Don't mind it actually, it's just that a week of being slowed down had me antsy. Although I had a 5 mile "recovery" run set for today I have been running at or slower than recovery pace (way slower) for a week.<br><br>
So I dreadmilled it and pushed it a bit. Felt good. 5.2 miles.<br><br>
Might do the same for an 11 miler tomorrow, a tad slower perhaps.<br><br>

It is 3* with a Wind Chill of -12*..... No run for me today!<br><br><br>
Abs / 3 X Weightlifting Circuit (total body)

Rest day today!<br><br>
I got a hot stone massage! It was the first time for me, and I was pleasantly surprised at how calming it was, and the sense of stillness it gave me.

In addition to the massage, they heat these smooth stones and put them on you at different points, and they use the warm stones to massage you with... it's hard to describe, especially since my eyes were closed!

Double Shot Thursday for me:<br><br>
7.99 miles at 6:15 this morning in 1:05:03 for an 8:08 pace.<br><br>
Then<br><br>
6.1 miles at lunch in 50:48 for an 8:20 pace.
