Hey all,

Managed to get up early this morning (despite 3 AM barking session from the dogger ... much as I love having him around, I can do without the over-protectiveness sometimes! Darned Shepherd genes). Anyhoo - 21 mile group ride with "British Triathlon" which turned out to be not much of a group ride. Still - good to motivate myself to crank around. Finished 21.3 in the hour with about 900' of vertical climbing. Virtual Scotland routes open up this weekend ... exciting! (sort of - although they are pretty limited).

Lunchtime dog walk ...

That's about it...

Oh - and Netlix recommendation "Cunk on Earth". 5 easily digestible 30 minute episodes if you like British humor and mockumentaries.

Still pretty much catching up mode on everything… so keep on forgetting to post! Sorry we have only 4 of us here so everyone has a responsibility!

Yesterday was 2-mile walk and fatbiking with 3 GF’s on home course. Man, it’s tough to ride this heavy bike! And I’m still figuring out how much speed this far tires can take so I’m a nervous wreck on downhills. So I was slow and headachy as well. So I appreciated others waiting for me here and there under cold temp. But nice night!

today. 2-mile walk. and I’m spinning currently as I type this. And we are hoping to go xc skiing in the evening! Will see if DH has enough in his tank after busy working days.

Quick update on my seeing a specialist. She pretty much ruled out exercise induced dystonia (which I totally agree) as body muscle locking up happened only once. I exercise every single day. She wants me to go though functional doctor to check all my functions. Also hyperglycemic test. She really thinks this has to do with dehydration, poor calorie managements and such. I agree…. It just too weird to have a scary event so randomly once in two years or so. Nothing she would prescribe a medicine for. We had a good laugh about it is probably I get scared by these events and try to do better with minerals and supplements and hydration and I forget about taking care of my body and boom, in very hot or cold weather my body gave in and reacts to say “stoooop”.

Anyway, I will be better taking all vitamins and minerals and hydrate well!
