<p>Nice job on all the workouts today. I decided no running today. I did some crunches etc... Tomorrow I will be back at it. I feel my body is getting rested and ready for the new year. Time to start figuring out what I will be doing training wise for next year. I got some money to get a training program etc.... or an online coach? Either way it will be good.
