Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Neil: Are you adopting any children this holiday season? I know someone in need. He loves snow, enjoys traveling, has always wanted to go to Vancouver, and he is old enough to be a drinking buddy by fireside.

Nice 5 miler this morning from the Y. Cold enough that the pants were out as well as a hat and gloves. Then some ab. Back at the Y we were talking about the fact that there are very few 10k races (any distance higher than a 5k but less than a half) around the Boston area with the exception of Hangover Classic. Anyone know of any others?

Thought about joining you this morning until I remembered the start time of 5:15AM. Easy decision to go it alone.

Very Tempting - a drinking buddy is always a good idea -Canadian beers by a roaring fire although I dont know that I could fit you in my luggage as a stowaway.

Any suggestions on Beers from the area???

The way they are talking about the snow in London On Saturday - I may as well stay at home and ski here - less fun though- We are so crap over here when it comes to dealing with snow - the place shuts down at the first sign of the stuff.

The sub 145 is awkward

The 160+ running feels like RUNNING. It’s work. Not terrible, but work to stay focused and in form. Muscles exerting. Breathing structured but heavy.

What is up party people?

A good day for me today. I was up early and made it to the gym by 5:45AM. I did a nice 1,000m swim, the longest in a while, where I actually felt like I was swimming and not flailing about crazily. I then did a little weight lifting and ab work...I am getting totally ripped!!! ;)

This afternoon I ran with a buddy at work, 4 hilly miles. My legs feel a lot better than they did last week, but I am still a bit concerned about my left quadriceps. I am going to try and get in to see my doc on Monday.

Cheers!
