<p>Hi Johnny!! 4 EZ miles for me. Rt calf/AT a bit tight/sore despite ice massage and stretching today and last night. Rest day tomorrow. Short LR (10 miles) sched for Saturday. I really like the idea of alternating short LR and long LR weekends.</p>
