Good morning, TEAM!

Me...

9.5 mile trail run early this beautiful morning with my TransRockies teammate. Today we achieved the perfect pace despite our tiredness. Hopefully we can continue with that smoothness. What I mean is that the effort exerted was identical when I was in front leading and when he was in front. We've been working at it to get it right, and this morning it all came together. Love it.

Thor, how long before your race? Sound slike you are almost ready.

the good news is that I went over 50% of the distance Thor did, which I consider a plus. 5 miler from the Y this morning. Weather was warm and the run was enjoyable. I was tired as I had a late night, went scuba diving last night for about 45 minutes. Back of my car looked great with scuba gear and hockey equipment. Smell wasn't on the other hand was a little tough. have a great day.

Good morning tri peeps!

Went to bed too late last night, but still got up to take Bailey the Wonder Dog on a little over 3-mile run around the neighborhood. She's definitely slowing down these days...just took it easy and really enjoyed the relaxed pace. Hoping for a swim tonight....

Same problem for me, Jen. Couldn't get to sleep until about midnight last night, which made it tough to roll out for my 3-mile jog this morning. Got it done, though.

Time trialing tonight (probably). Going to focus on keeping my arms relaxed. That seemed to make the pace noticeably more manageable during my intervals on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the course typically has crosswinds on sunny evenings, which can be a challenge with the aero wheels.

Hello everyone!!! I haven't been here for probably 6 weeks. Life has been crazy between a new position (doing some traveling too) and training for PMC. I miss my Kick buddies.

20 mile ride today, last ride before PMC. Now I have to sleep and hydrate. Been to bed early every night this week knowing I won't sleep much Friday night. I am super excited..........111 miles is a long way to go but I think I will enjoy every moment!

Welcome back Julie! I know where you're coming from. I went for several months without posting much of anything.

Beautiful morning for a run with low humidity and 62 degrees. Didn't sleep well last night and I think it made those last 2 tempo hurt. I really didn't feel like getting up at 4:30 to run.

5 mile run for me this morning, followed by a massage.

Riding 75 miles on Sat and 75 miles on Sun in Vermont for the Multiple Sclerosis Society (the Green Mountain Getaway). It will be, without a doubt, the most hilly riding I have ever done, but I'm looking forward to taking it very easy and enjoying the scenery!

Lots of good biking going on around here - and great causes!

Craved a run outside, so 3 easy miles after dinner. Schedule said a couple more than that but getting back in time to give G-man his bath was more important.

I have been training with my friend Stacie and my usual mid week ride is 22 miles. So our longest training ride was 90 (which was awesome!), I figure when I get to 90, I just have to do my usual ride, so no biggie. :)
