Richard, you always do my favorite thing--the long run.

Liz, so glad you're getting back to it. I know that feeling of coming back, and it's tough. It's all about the mind...

SGH, what is your MP for Boston?

Dave, see, I told you! See what being patient will do for you?

RunAsics, you always do such quality workouts. I'm jealous.

Alex, I could learn a thing or two from you and your mpw.

Mailbox, have fun with your spontaneous run later...

Dan, have a nice 6-er.

I never came back and posted my run from last night. I guess I'll do so now. I told myself I would do 8+ miles yesterday at my "easy" pace, right? Well, after two miles I decided to see what I had in me. I picked up the pace to 6:00, but found that was a bit difficult after not doing some speedwork for a couple of weeks. So the run went something like this--

2 miles @ 7:53
800 @ 6:00
200 @ 7:53
800 @ 6:00
200 @ 7:53
800 @ 6:03
200 @ 7:53
800 @ 6:03
200 @ 7:53
800 @ 6:03
200 @ 7:53
800 @ 6:03
2.81 miles @ 7:53

Total for the run - 9.06 miles, 1:10

So, there you have it. Today is definitely an easier day.
