err I went skiing the snow was great. SO wanted to go his 3rd ski this year in the 4 previous winters he went 1-2x so that's good. I even managed to get through the majority of a strength workout. So is having some mystery cardiac symptoms. Took him to the clinic they said its not acute so the hunt for a cardiologist who wants to think about things begins..
