Yo - hope you are feeling better! Dang those headaches! Sounds exciting for DD...I have to say I am a bit jealous...so wish I had the opportunity to have done something like that (and taken the plunge) when I was young!

Geo - yeah this weather has my motivation all messed up. Yesterday, while windy, was a good day to run at lunch, but today, I have the wood stove running. yeesh.

SB - looks like you are getting that dome covered!

Today, usual am dog walk, then 45 min on the trainer and some weights at lunch.

Zoj - I’m jealous too!

3000yds in a pool as usual. Quite a few swimmers and water was rough.
After work 5mile run. In spite of frequent walk breaks, ave was 9:35 pace so it was good. A late night walk 2miles just because DH didn’t have a chance to do any exercises.
