On the trainer at lunch for 30 minutes FIB 20 min strength workout.

headed out to PT in a bit...bowling tonight

Yo - hope you get some serious do nothing down time soon!

Zoj - hope your DD's ankle gets fixed soon. I know it is a complicated structure. Just a strained ankle takes forever to recover. And yes I need some! So, yesterday PM when I was in a training, I found out there were some product failures at my customer's assembly line. Since then I am on the phone constantly and today I had to be at their site... almost 3hrs drive. And of course there are increased #'s of inquiries, issues, etc have piled up, while I am away from laptop. Ugh.

20min on a trainer just to spin, and 30min for strength and stretches. Yep tired.

Oh I had a doc visit before all this. She thinks my numbers may indicate pre-diabetic but based on what I do and how I eat, she doesn't think I need to be concerned that I would become diabetic. 3-months test is really involved so she would suggest I would after this year's annual. She understands as an athlete I need to eat carbs!
