Zoj - about yeast.. so East coast has no shortages of yeast I take it. .. I would totally appreciate your offer. I’m still a newbie and have used only small packets (instant yeast?) but any qty like an envelope size would last next several weeks! Will send you my address in a messenger!

Yeah - sun! Managed to get an after work bike ride in around the bay... 26+ miles ... slowish. Knees hurt. I think I'm getting old!!
