Well November is almost gone....wow. It's gonna be very cold on my run this afternoon. The current temp is 10* with windchill of -13 so hopefully the wind dies down or it gets warmer. In look at the weather it looks like it will still be windy but the WC wil be about 11. Two days until my race and it's supposed to have a windchill of 5 with 15 mph winds and the course is very open...yikes.

Have a great day.

Alex - Boy right now I would be thinking 5 mile not 10 mile I froze my lower unit real bad in 2005 - You do not want frostbite there - so take precautions! Good luck - You can go after my 10 mile PR - (Only time I have run 10 miles is frostbite 2005 if you want to know the time)

Sadly I face the same weather as Alex and I wussed out big time and went to the YMCA and the TM - Not good for my injury -

13.5 miles with 3x 5Hard/5Easy - I ran out of time to do the 4 reps and 15 miles I had scheduled, but thats probably a good thing - I am in week # 2 of my come back.

Good running to all -

9.2 miles in to work. -10c/14f with a wind at my back and wind chill of -25c/-13f. Actually quite a comfy (but slow) run. Laden with clothing, and I'd forgotten to pack a coat to leave at work yesterday...

5 miles in 43:30ish. 60 degrees and sunny here with no wind. Alex and Grizzly, you have my utmost respect running in that weather.

Tonight I am taking pilates and teaching one more yoga class, before a much deserved post-yoga glass of wine with a couple of pals.

4 miles at 7:41. Felt great besides my frozen neck. These runs are getting better and better each time...I enjoy running once again! Hooray.

SGH - you get used to it.
