<p>No running for me today either. This running twice a week plan is really agreeing with me. </p>

<p>KS, No race this weekend but I am going to Charleston WV to do a 15.8 mile training run with<br>
the WV Mountain runners. They are having a 50k in January that is two loops of the course we will<br>
be doing. The course includes 3 climbs over 500 ft. If it is an easy pace and I feel good when we finish, I may add a little more. </p>
