<p>Hi all.....not running today, but I'll start this anyway......tooth extraction went well, if well & tooth extraction can be used in the same sentence.....waiting for the vico-prophen to take effect. Was told not to do anything physical for 24 hours, so hoping to get in a run tomorrow PM. Will be eating room temperature "baby food" for the next day.</p>

<p>ETA: What happened to Mike???? and some of the old/new people posting here in the last month or so, like PtBrown, Bob, roly, roadhawk, etc. I'm sure I'm forgetting someone????????</p>

<p>I'd have started this myself earlier, but the site was down.  Ran just over 3 miles at lunch with 4 other women in our run club, all much faster than me.  Hung on with one coworker who had a cold and wanted to dog it a bit.  Man, I'm feeling old!</p>

<p>I'll really looking forward to Saturday.... won't be running, but will be out shopping with our old friend Econo!!!!  She's in town for a conference and is injured, so we're going to look for boots together instead of running.  Woot!!!!</p>
