Hey everyone,

Hope we all have great runs today.

I decided to start running by time instead of distance because I am slowly getting faster, and I am not working out as long, and I want to go for a longer time...So today was 35 mins at easy pace...I got in 3.83 miles...which is an dumbfounding 9:11 pace...I cannot figure it out...i am running at the same effort, but i am getting faster???

I also walked a mile for warm upa dn cool down...I ended up doing 120 pushups yesterday...I am going to try to get to 150-200 4 days a week....

Anyway I ramble...Have a great day everyone.

Phill: nice work on the run!!

I went and signed up at the YMCA this morning so I will start the Fishbowl tommorow... I highly doubt I will ever get back to competetive level but still will be nice crosstraining.

I will get somewhere between 6-12 miles tonight...plus Burgers and Beer.

Enjoy your day everyone..... PS I am Stoked about hitting the fishbowl again.

What's a fishbowl?

No run for me today, but I had a glorious one yesterday. Tomorrow's a scheduled running day but we're supposed to have super carpy weather with 8-10 inches of snow and so it just might not happen as scheduled. If no run, can always go for plan B which includes some hot pillow time.

Saturday will hopefully include a good yoga class.

Whoa! Wouldn't want to run with carp falling out of the sky!

Sorry... couldn't resist! Hope it doesn't snow too much Susan!

I got in 6 miles at lunch. The first 3 were misery but the last 3 felt better.
