One of the guys in our trail running group puts some glue on the threads of his screws before putting them in the shoe (I think he said he uses Gorilla glue). I lose a screw here and there (both mentally and literally), but he said he's not lost any this season or last... so that may be worth doing. (This would probably make them permanent screw shoes though!)<br><br>

Was -12F this am with enough wind that I didn't run outside

I'm still working, so it doesn't look like a run is going to happen today. Tomorrow is my normal day off, so I'll probably just flip-flop today and tomorrow.<br><br>
