<p>10 mile session with speed early this rainy morning. Good news was that I was able to get away without a shirt! But it was very, very wet. Workout went like this:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>o WU - 2+ mile fast jog to track</p>
<p>o 3 miles @ ~6:10 pace (6:05 to 6:15)</p>
<p>o 1 lap recovery jog with butt kicks and high knees</p>
<p>o 2 miles @ ~6:13 pace (6:10, 6:15)</p>
<p>o CD - 2+ mile jog home</p>
<p> </p>
<p>*Felt smooth most of the time but choppy here and there, enough to ruin flow. Body felt pounded on jog home. Trying to get used to this feeling, as this is all new to me. Used to be able to hit the track for a tough workout and tempo pace it home. My pace might have been tempo on the way home (or maybe it wasn't), but it felt labored and my body sore.</p>

<p>3400 yds in the pool, group workout.  Really enjoying swimming when I actually get to the pool</p>

<p>Later some cyclocross practice.</p>

<p>Knee pain has moved about halfway down the outside of the calf, not sure what to make of that.  Might do a light/moderate steady trainer workout this evening, just to get some cardio.</p>

<p>Just got off the elliptical.  Have a trainer workout for tonight since I was too tired to get up this a.m.  Need to get to bed earlier than I have been.  Thinking about how to get in an open water swim tomorrow.</p>

<p>3.4 mile run.  Nothing fancy.  FIB a walk with the dogs.</p>

Then a run Fail. So that wasn't a good idea to do PT first, oh well will retry tommorow

<p>1:10 on the computrainer.  I did some of the hills of LP. I'm way out of bike shape, but I'm digging the CompuTrainer!</p>
