Thumb Twiddling Thursday - 9th June

<p>A bit cooler here today, after major thunderstorms all night.  Lots of trees/branches down, but no official reports yet of tornados.</p>
<p>Just might try to get out for a run/walk later this aft'.  Can't wait!!!</p>

<p>OK, so that was a bit premature!  <span><img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"></span></p>

<p><span>Jogged/walked (mostly walked) for around 2 miles</span> and couldn't keep up a run for more than 100 yards at a time or so before starting to feel the strain in the calf.  But there's no pain/strain with walking so that's something.</p>
<p>Will take some more time ... headed to Cape Cod for all next week and will be out of touch.</p>
